learns valuable habits from the cat!"
Here's what James and Barbara say about Hecktor:
" This is our son Hektor. He's named after a
famous German knight. Don't think he's ever thought of himself as a knight,
but he is most definitely the baby in the house at the age of 6 years. The
cat has taught him how to wash himself and he has taught her how to walk
behind us like a dog. He gets horribly depressed when the standard affairs
of the day begin, which means we get ready for work and leave the house.
Our homeowners insurance would not rewrite our policy and asked of his bite
history when they found out some how that he was a PIT BULL! There is definitely
no bite history and he would love for you to come over and give him any
added attention that he may not have received in a given day. His cat, thankfully,
doesn't know of his reputation and rubs under his chin for his love several
times a day. He would be horribly upset if he thought for one second that
every human didn't think of him as somebody to play with. He doesn't even
know that he's the ogre he's perceived to be in so many friends' eyes. My
only stipulation here when it comes to any visitor is that we make acquaintances
in the driveway so he can only pee on your feet and not my floor! LOL! "
How could such a cute puppy like Hecktor
be anything but sweet and lovable? It sounds like the "Shrek"
ogre syndrome. Thanks for sharing him with us!
