Here's what Linda says about Phoenix:
"Phoenix loves to play with childrens toys and to make people laugh. Phoenix is missing. He was last known to be on Wadmalaw Island in South Carolina. Wrongly entrusted to the care of an individual who purportedly "adopted him over state lines" and refused to tell to whom in a court of law.
